EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS and Art-tithe

My uncle is currently battling pancreatic cancer. He still has a lot of healing to do so I am offering special commissions that will go straight to his family.

Since these are charity commissions, you are not required to pay the normal commission amount. If you have less than $20 that is fine. My goal is only to get money into my uncle’s hands. To ask for a charity commission for my uncle, please email me or use the contact form and write “Uncle Commission” in the subject line. I do any subject matter with the exception of art that promotes violence towards children or racial/religious/sexual hatred. I’ve been using Paypal for online commissions but I am open to discussing other methods.

ART-TITHE: After my uncle no longer needs help with his cancer treatment, commissions will follow the normal pricing. However, I want to keep the option to donate commission money to charity. I will establish a list of charities, and all transactions will have 10% of money received donated to the charity of the buyer’s choice. The default charity for right now is International Rescue Committee because they are doing a lot of work to help Japan recover from its recent devastating chain of events.

In this way, every piece of art sold here will make the world a better place, and all of you can make the world a better place with me. In our small way, let’s change the world together.
